Went to the Hooksett location 2 days before a 2ft plus snow storm to purchase a new snowblower. Hooksett location took the time to go through options with me and they didn’t have the one I wanted. They promptly called the Londonderry location and Chris/Buddie picked up right away and had it in stock. Came the next day with my old broken snowblower and they took it to dispose of it at no additional charge. Purchased a very expensive Club Cadet tractor with a snow blower attachment, hasn’t started each snow storm - I’m shoveling by hand. Was told by sales person this is a known problem with Club Cadets and they are working on a solution. The store and salesperson had a fiduciary responsibility to tell me BEFORE I purchased it. I was told by Chris that I either need to take the battery out after every use ( and not that easy as I pitched the top also) or put a battery charger on. Buddy was great to work with, I got a new Ariens from him a few months back. When the first snow hit and there were some issues with the auger on my machine, Buddy scheduled a truck to come pick up the machine and get it serviced in Salem the same day. That kind of customer service is worth it's weight in gold, these guys are really good.
