When I asked about service time on the phone I was assured 3-5 days. Then it was a week, then 2 weeks, had to ship it to Salem, final charge 200 more than originally quoted. The final insult, I had to load it myself. I've been doing business with this place for years going back to Mammoth rd. I'll never give them another dime...

An I went here to look at Ariens Deluxe snowblowers, the workers were very friendly and knowledgeable. They had the same snowblower as Lowe’s for the same price, and they offered free delivery after our van was out of commission.
