BEWARE of this roofing company. Bad experience.Turco telling homeowners shingles are defective several years after install. Turco tells homeowners to make claims to Owens Corning and Turco will send photos. Several months later, Turco then rips off shingles to present with claims. Eight months later, Turco still has not sent shingles or photos to Owens Corning. Homeowners decided to find another roofer to assist with claims. Demanded Turco to replace shingles and she refused. Guess it's a toss of the quarter... they replaced our roof and it looked fantastic, then a bad rain storm came through and my ceiling starts pouring water onto my couch and floor... instead of fixing it they wanted to go through my insurance again. Fighting with them and trying to fix it myself, warranty now expired. Good luck if you go with them. No plywood installed over the roof wood, no sheet, just shingles.. had i known i would have gone elsewhere
Michelle and her crew are very professional and communicates with you every step of the way. I had a new roof and gutters put on our home and what a fantastic job they did. Afterwards they cleaned up and you would never know they were there. I think this company is the best in our area. I would refer them to anyone who wants to receive outstanding work!
