Michelle and her crew are very professional and communicates with you every step of the way. I had a new roof and gutters put on our home and what a fantastic job they did. Had my roof replaced through my insurance company in 2016. I reached back out several months ago about leaks in the same areas that initiated the job in 2016. I kept getting voicemail and left messages . Several weeks later I was contacted by Glenn, who advised Michelle was having phone issues and that’s why it’s taken so long to reach out. Just had our hail damaged roofed replaced. First, my thanks to Glen for making the initial process of filing a claim with my insurance company incredibly easy. I have USAA and they too helped make the process easy. Glen has been great to work with thus far as he arranged the install and provided oversight throughout the project.
