RecommendedHad to take my 68 Falcon in for some new tires. The crew here was able to get me taken care of the same day! They know their stuff and they know how to organize and get everyone taken care of, even walk in customers.

Every time I take my car to this location I always get disappointed because of the same excuse that they are too busy. Today I went to get my tires rotated and aligned and they stated they wouldn’t get to it today. I went at 9 am and you don’t close until 4 but you won’t get to my car? Never seen a company that turns down business like they do and I will never be back to this location. The front desk person was rude and also seemed like he didn’t want to do his job.

RecommendedI rely on my car quite a lot for work and I'm a veterinary student with two jobs so I don't have a ton of free time to make appointments and maintain my car. The staff at tire discounters was really helpful about squeezing me in on a Saturday after I got off work for my oil change and tire rotation, and then my battery started dying. They obviously did a great job with the tires and oil change and all that and it was done quickly, unfortunately I brought my car in the late afternoon and it was going to take quite a bit more ... read more

RecommendedMy husband and I were traveling home from South Carolina and got a huge piece of aluminum wheel in our tire. Mark and his crew waited until we got there (after closing time) to repair our tire! They were fast and courteous and had us back on the road in no time!
