DO NOT EVER GO TO TIRE DISCOUNTERS IN FORT O!!! THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE COME HERE WITH TIRE PROBLEMS ON BRAND NEW TIRES AND THEY HAVE BROKE OFF 3 WHEELS STUDS AND ARE TRYING TO CHARGE ME ANOTHER $98 TO REPLACE MY BRAND NEW TIRE THATS LESS THEN 5 MONTHS OLD!!! I WILL BE CONTACTING THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE!!!

I had a slow leaking tire and took it in to be repaired. Two days later the tire was flat. I called them to replace two tires since I could not trust their repair jobs. They told me that my tires were not in stock, but that they would have them the following Saturday. When I showed up Saturday morning, they did not have my tires and said they could have them the next Monday. Worst customer service!! Employees talking behind my back after I questioned where my vehicle was and THE MOST DISGUSTING BATHROOM I HAVE EVER BEEN!!!! If you are a woman going to this location you and your children need to use a restroom somewhere before you go there !!!! Gave my service at no cost which I demanded that I pay and they refused to let me. However I Will not be back

We took our car in with zero service lights on and came out with 3 service lights. The “manager” refused to admit the error on their end. They broke off a sensor and couldn’t figure out how that could have happened.....
