Poor Customer Service. Waited 3 month for a message back, if messaging back via Facebook is inconvenient then let your customers know email or phone is better. Showing up to a shop 2 hours away is unreasonable if minor questions are needed to be asked. If answering questions is too much of a hassle then just say so. I’m sure the work here is good but saying one thing about “hard to get a hold of” turns into a whole talk trash thread/post about your potential customers then I’d rather not go to a shop like this as it show... read more
