Dishonest, incompetent, and deceitful, those are the good words. My vehicle was in their shop for two and a half months. When I got it back it did not run properly. The knock sensors would not and could not stabilize. After 2 1/2 months they were not able to fix this problem and simply returned the vehicle to me saying that it was fine (dishonest and incompetent).
