Faizal was on time ,courteous and very knowledgeable ...he installed a water leak detector on my mini split...very happy with the work done

Faisal is amazing and hard working. We had no heat and he was able to restore the Gas Furnace days before cold weather was coming. He quickly diagnosed the problem was fan motor in less than 1 hour by troubleshooting and testing with a voltmeter the unit. Parts were sourced and expedited the next day. He even got everything replaced despite it difficult to access the blower fan motor and never gave up on the challenge. Overall very well pleased with level service, support and execution of the work.

Our HVAC stopped cooling. We have a maintenance service contract with Frais Air, so we called them for service. They came and scared us with an expensive repair ( $9k) for afailed compressor, fan, and coolant, which will have no warranty.
