The food is always delicious! The staff are very friendly. The yellow curry and thai basil fried rice are my personal favorites. Everything is flavorful though! My only negative comment would have to be that I expected the "thai hot" heat level to have more spice. I expect to regret my life choices when I pick thai hot. I do consider myself someone who handles spice well so I had my wife (who thinks ketchup is spicy) and my 4yr old try it and they shed zero tears so I know its not just me. Please hurt me next time! Tuptim is the only Thai place I’ve found that reminds of the Thai food I had for the last twenty years in LA. Now I don’t have to drive to Rock Road to get it! Great place. Edit: still going strong after a couple of years. I've never had a bad experience. Common customer.
Tuptim Thai Express is hands down the best Thai food I’ve ever had! Everything was absolutely incredible. I ordered the sweet sausage fried rice and the drunken noodles with beef, and I honestly couldn’t decide which one I loved more. They don't give enough peanuts so 4/5 stars. But still one of my favorite nearby restaurants! Other thai restaurants give more peanuts with the pad thai, but here they charge for extra. Other than that great.
