Lame. I tried to order a large floor pad from them -at least a two or $300 purchase- they couldn’t have been bothered to be even remotely interested in getting my information or trying to help me, though by their own admission they stock what I was attempting to purchase. If they couldn’t handle something as simple as this, why would I entrust them with anything of substance?
