There is no other dentistry in this region that could compare, in my opinion. I was in high school the day I was kicked out of several dentist office due to my fear, 30 years ago! He took me as a walk in patient, immediately. 30 years later he is the only person I trust in my mouth. Ive had to go to others for the sake of insurance, and they were horror story experiences . My 4yr old daughter went for her first dental appointment and it was such a great experience for her! From setting up appointments through phone with Molly(If I remember her name right) to going in the place which is very clean , and everybody is excellent with their customer service! My daughter is scared everytime we talk about going to the dentist, so as a Mama to make her feel comfortable and brave we watch a nice video on YouTube to help ease her mind! And it worked! From the first time I called the office to see if they could handle all of my concerns regarding my teeth, I knew that they were the office to handle all of my dental work. The office has always been clean, staff friendly and just an overall great environment. Any questions or concerns you have are always welcome and met with answers that leave you informed and no longer wondering. They were so thorough. Explained everything to me and really listened to my concerns and problems. Mrs Zara was so wonderful.
We had the absolute best experience at Tupelo Smiles! My 3 year old asks often when we can go back. He loved Leah & she was so good with him! Definitely recommend Tupelo Smiles for the entire family.
