I hosted a baby shower at the Des Moines, Iowa location today and could not be happier with our event! The service was wonderful and the food was excellent. Everyone was raving about how good everything was. Thank you so much for hosting our event! Exceeded our expectations.
Walking to our table and the host he smelled so bad. Asked him for a booth on the way there and his reply was, that's where I was taking you. Was an empty restaurant on a Thursday and they seat us next to the restrooms in the back, thanks. The chicken was extremely dry and my friend was dissatisfied with her food but didn't want to say anything. The coffee drinks we order was actually pretty good. Would I recommend to my friends. What do you think?
The grits were runny. The scrambled eggs tasted like powdered eggs, which I grew up eating due to poverty, so I know when an egg is not 100% an egg. The Waffles were not complete because they did not add enough batter in the waffle maker. The chicken tasted good but the amount received was scant, especually when compared to the images on the website. The toast that came with the eggs and soy sausage was good.
