Food was great. Parking lot across the street is huge scam! After leaving dinner, pulled out with a $90 fine from PRRS (private company, not city). They post no noticeable signs that you have to pay to park, no kiosk at entrance, and the lot is completely open to go in or out. Plus, there’s big signs everywhere saying “PARK HERE!” just to make sure you know you can park there (for $90) apparently. Really confusing for someone who’s not from the area.
