This review is long overdue. From the ambiance of the office to the welcoming staff this office is top notch. Mrs. Gina upfront made the check in process seamless. Then Ms. Kelly in the back was very personable and she took a perfect bitewing X-ray. You can tell Dr. Crumpton truly cares about explaining every option to his patients. He took his time and did not rush to get you out of the chair. As a general dentist myself I will be referring my patients to this office.
I usually don’t post anything. But I would like to give credit where it’s due here. I searched on google for a trustworthy endodontics. Found Tupelo Endodontics PA with all 5 star reviews. I was a bit skeptical, but called anyway. From talking to Ms Gina on the phone, who was super nice to me. To Ms Kelly helping me once I arrived, to Dr Brent be very thorough and educational about what I had going on with my tooth. They are by far the best people in this line of work. Dr Crumpton did a great job! I was a very nervous patient but the team made me feel very well taken care of. This was my first (hopefully only root canal) and I would recommend going to this office to anyone. Bonus - Woke up this am with no pain!
Great staff! Dr. Crumpton is excellent. I went in to get a root canal, he determined it was not necessary and because the tooth was in good shape. Thank you very much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
