I really enjoy this spot. It's at a great location, Coors Field/downtown is not a far walk away or it's a very cheap cab ride. The staff here is very personal and friendly. The buildings are all maintained very well, and secure. The whole complex has a neat layout and there's so much to take advantage of! like the pool, hot tub, exercise room, free coffee, rooftop views and the fact that they are very pet-friendly!

I love my place and my view alot! The Ecolounge is great to use and the fitness center works out well for me. My only complaint is Monica the leasing agent in the office. I think I would rather be stung all over by bees than deal with her in any fashion. Her maturity level is too low for the position she holds, the "valley girl" talk is annoying and I can't understand what she is saying half the time because she speaks too fast. STAY AWAY!!! Bad move! What a dump! – Half through my 1 year lease The Club at Tanasbourne changed property management...bad move. No longer are the people in the office willing to work with tenant complaints. Very condescending. Thus far, it has been a 3 month process to re-side a large cluster of units all at once. Poor insulation causes a cold winter – The location was great! It was so close to everything I needed on 185th and had a movie theatre within walking distance. The grounds were beautiful and well manicured. The staff was very cooperative when I needed to remove a person from the lease. The patio was huge and I could plant in the dirt around it. Don't move in! – Nonstop barking dogs, polite management but they were completely unreliable. Billing issues were poorly dealt with, they misplace information frequently, and their lack of organization caused many problems. I don't recommend paying $1200 monthly for all the headaches you'll encounter.

Save yourself headaches, money, and your sanity.. – Overpriced, cheaply made, money draining pit. Adult dormitory filled with disrespectful prudes. All who have giant dogs that crap everywhere, bark throughout the day/night, and are not on leashes. Management is fake, rude, and send out multiple annoying emails a day that pertain to absolutely nothing. They are unorganized and miss place billing issues frequently. Stay clear, it is an annoying place to live, you will not be happy.

Amazing! – This is an amazing, affordable, and convenient apartment complex. You can search all over Denver and surrounding communities, there is no complex even remotely comparable. The staff is unbelievable! They have always gone above and beyond for me. I have been here for over two years and cannot imagine leaving anytime soon.

This is a great complex! Nice environment. Great location in terms of downtown Denver. Great amenities with workout room, business center, and pool. Media room is a definite plus. Thanks!
