I have been living in the apartments for a few months now as everything has been great. They have rules (no pets, pay rent on time) and I follow them. In return, I have received excellent service. Routine maintenance is done like clock work (changing air filters, pest control) and if something needs to be repaired, its done promptly. Maintenance man is best ive met so far. fast and professional. Management has been great as well. They always make sure I have what I need and are always offering basic items like ice trays. Apartments are very nice, Any problem I ever had was taken care of in a timely fashion. Have only had very professional dealings with the management.Great place for quiet living,
THE APARTMENTS ARE NICE, THE MANAGEMENT, NOT SO WONDERFUL. WHENEVER THEY HAVE A PROBLEM, THEY WILL NOT CONFRONT YOU, THEY ALWAYS STICK NOTES ON YOUR DOOR, AND EXPECT YOU TO CALL THEM BACK. THEY TELL EVERYONE DIFFERENT PRICES ON THE APARTMENTS, THEY TOLD ME ABSOLUTLY NO PETS ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENTS. THERE ARE TONS OF PEOPLE WITH PETS, NASTY CATS AND DOGS. SO WHEN I MOVED IN I LEFT MY DOG OVER AT A FRIENDS, AND EVERYONE IN MY COMPLEX HAS A PET OR HAD A PET AT SOME POINT AND THEY EVEN SAID THE LANDLORDS KNEW AND DIDNT CARE. T... read more
