I was in Moose Jaw for Spa trip on Dec 22 and Dec 23rd 2025, we stayed at Garden Temple Hotel. On Dec 22nd evening 8:30pm, My glass had a cord broken, then one of glass could not stay. We visited Tunnel Vision Optical around 11:00am Dec 23rd, I asked one lade in red sweat, Sorry I forget to ask her name. I showed my glass with a tape, and ask her if they can fix that for me, the nice lady say yes, it will take about 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, she brought may repaired glass and cleaned all the dust. I had the best experience at Tunnel Vision! As soon as I walked in I was greeted very kindly with knowledgeable staff. I was informed about all the different frame options and was assisted with locating the frame that fit the style I was looking for! They were extremely efficient with putting the prescription in my frames and informed me right away that pick up could occur! I couldn’t recommend Tunnel Vision more. A huge thank you to everyone!!
I had the BEST experience at Tunnel Vision from the moment I walked into their lovely building! The whole team was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. They have a fantastic selection of "different" style frames and many price points too! It felt like shopping with and getting a friend's input on which frames to get I automatically recommend Tunnel Vision if anyone is talking about getting new glasses!
