Great matcha! Best iced matcha I have had except Cambodia! Delicious muffins with local recipe for the double chocolate muffin. Staff are extremely courteous and helpful. I will be back when I go to North Adams.
in all my 30 years I’ve never been treated so poorly by a barista. won’t be going back unless she’s not there if I’m able to get that terrible experience expunged from my memory enough to return to a place I once liked going.

Tunnel City Coffee quickly became one of my favorite coffee shops I've visited. As someone who loves exploring different cafés, I always pay attention to the atmosphere, design, and overall vibe… and this place absolutely nailed it. Great strong coffee to start another day on Appalachian Trail. Has bakery items for food. Nice seating area inside and outside the building.
