Explained to the girl on the phone (who had a child in the background) that I had a prior bad experience with a different company [of paying 150 service call also prepaid(told me what I needed-prepay part-also done 200) then 5 weeks later called and wanted 800 more dollars for something else] I requested to have a call back from the owner so I cou... read more
