A knee injury sidelined me for 4 months. I credit Katie with helping me avoid meniscus surgery through her physical therapy plan, massage, and gentle care.
A beautiful space that inspires peace and relaxation from the moment you enter. Anthony did a great job by using a variety of techniques like stretching and gentle massage and gave me good insights from what he felt in my body and what I can do at home and in my yoga practice to strengthen and release certain areas that are hurting.

An amazing team of bodyworkers! Proving once again how this type of massage/ myofascial work should be considered a part of your healthcare, not a luxury. Prior to my appointment, I was a little anxious for various reasons and once I stepped into Tuning Tree's space, I was instantly more relaxed. I wish I could explain it more clearly but I literally walked in and a smile came across my face and the energy was incredibly calming. I sat down and closed my eyes and was able to ground myself even more as I listened to the water feature and prepared for the session. The I Ching session I did was wonderful.
