I have taken my car to them on 4 separate occasions and each time I leave there is a new issue related to the old issue that they then tell me I have to pay a whole separate charge for. I feel like they never actually fix the issue but put a bandaid on so I end up having to come back and spend more money. Took the car in after sideswiping a curb on a slick road a couple years ago because we had vibrations when turning. They quoted several thousand dollars of repairs including replacing a warped wheel, all brake rotors and pads, among other things. I had just replaced the rear rotors and all the break pads after hitting the curb. I realized the diagnosis we paid for was just guessing at the cause of the problem, rather than actually looking at the parts in question. I used to come here when it was called Tunex, but now there's new ownership. I'm really impressed by how friendly the atmosphere is, and their prices are even better than before. They even gave me a nice discount to welcome me. I definitely plan to come back!
I was just in Hillside Tire this morning for the first time. Very nice store and friendly/professional staff. They were extremely fast with my tire replacement and oil change. They also let me know my brakes were getting low and would need replacement in the near future. I'll be back when I have time. Thanks for the great service today Greg!
