Awesome experience
Took my car in to diagnose a couple of mechanical problems. Their team was very honest and admitted that they couldn't locate the issue, and waived the diagnostic fee.

NEVER going back. Took my BMW in for AC work and a check engine light. They screwed up the evac and recharge of the Freon. Charged me $440 and didn’t fix a thing. The very next day the check engine light came back on and the AC was still blowing hot. Then told me it was a broken motor and water leak and would cost $1,800. Took my BMW into the dealership in Murray and they had to fix Tunex’s screw up on the Freon and then actually fixed it for LESS!!! How often does that happen?! Never going back to Tunex. Had great experiences in the past, have brought all my families cars in when there were issues. However, it changed this week. I brought my car in 2 weeks ago due to an engine issue. After doing a diagnostic they said that ABandC had to be addressed/replaced to fix the issue and it was about $1,000. I paid it and unfortunately the same exact issue started happening yesterday.
