Great mechanics here. Honest and professional
Got my emissions / registration done here. In-n-out in 30 minutes. Samuel was super helpful and did a great job. Ample parking, 5-6 spaces in the lot, and more on the street.
This location is not very helpful if you want you car to get fixed. Brought my infiniti in and they actually made mine worse and charged me for switching out a part that didn't work and I had to return it. Now my car runs even worse than when I brought it in. The time it takes to replace the part is about 30 to 40 mins also. Horrible customer service. They don't keep cars in order brought in either to work on. Shouldn't have charged me the second time after my car wasn't even fixed plus it got worse after they worked on it.
I don't post often so when I do it's because I am beyond impressed by the services that an establishment provided. I got quoted $6,500, worth of work from another mechanic down the street, $2,500 of which for things that would make my car "just safe enough to drive to AZ". I felt weird about it so I took the report to Tunex to have them double check since it wasn't sitting right with me. Tunex looked at my car for $75 instead of the $180 I had to pay at the other shop.
