They were so nice and fast. I went there to get my registration renewed and asked them about getting my drive belt replace and they got me in the next day. They’re affordable and do a great job. I highly recommend this place.
We’ve gone here before for auto care and it’s been good and affordable. But for some reason today when I brought in a car they’ve worked on before and asked for a transmission flush they said they don’t “service cars over 100,000 miles due to liability.” They never mentioned this before when I’ve come here with the same car over 100k, didn’t say that on the phone when I made my appointment, and their website doesn’t say that either. Never coming here again.
Help me to understand how and why this location could not figure out why our turbo was no longer working. We were told that it had to have a code to diagnose. Maybe my daughter needs to give a lesson there on how to open the hood and spot a part that is unhooked. Hook it up and we now have our turbo. Not everything needs a code. Maybe just simple common sense.
