I loved him, I didn’t even know I had chronic migraines because I had been dulling and ignoring my constant headache for years. Dr. Herzog went through a treatment plan and ordered an MRI and an MRA and we discovered I have neuromuscular dysplasia of the right carotid, it’s not a big deal but it’s something I would never had known if he hadn’t been so thorough. If I could give this "neurologist" zero stars I would. He sent my mother for a CT scan of her brain and then LIED to her about the results. He had his MA tell her that her CT scan was NORMAL and it was NOT. Her scan revealed that she has microvascular ischemic changes to blood vessels in her brain. In layman's terms, this means that she has changes to blood vessels in her brain that can damage the white matter in her brain. The office never answers phone calls! Not the main line, not the nurses line, literally no one. I called the main line 6 times over 2 hours and not once did I speak to anyone. Wow. The excuse the nurse gave me when I asked is that there is only one phone line for all the doctors and business etc. What an absolute horrible way to run a business and show patients you could care less. It’s just an injection factory where no one seems to actually care to respond when you have a question or need to schedule an appointment.
Dr. Herzog is so caring. He is very up on all new Migraine treatments and is willing to try all avenues to help patients.

It's clear to me that I'm more of a burden to this office than a patient in need of help. Dealing with Dr. Nguyen's office has been more of a hassle than a help. Their answers are vague, unthorough, and provide no evidence that they care to answer questions and sort out miscommunications between themselves and other offices they tell you will be doing tests they order. Find another practice.
Worst doctor ever, no empathy , rude staffs
Dr. Nguyen is awesome! He has an excellent bedside manner and office equipment that can diagnose nerve issues. He identified my problem and designed a plan to fix it.
