From all reports this is a fine doctor but it has taken three days and hours on the phone to get through to make an appointment. Never better than 'number 9 in the Q' I opted for the call back twice which never happened. Had to go to my PCP 3 times to get some action; it's enough to make one lose sleep
Dr. Nguyen is providing excellent care for our 91 year-old mother who is suffering from moderate dementia. He and his professional and friendly staff even went the extra mile to assist us with long-term disability insurance difficulties. Our family is most fortunate to have our mother under Dr. Nguyen’s care!
If you’re going for a great doctor, this is your place. The set-up of the clinic is not user friendly whatsoever, so it’s a good thing he rocks at his job. I felt very heard and rescued from the cluster headache I’ve been experiencing for 3 weeks now. In fact, I didn’t know that’s what I had! He saved me . Tavia was amazing as well. I highly recommend.
I have been Dr Nguyen’s patient for nearly four years as he has been treating my Trigeminal Neuralgia. Dr Nguyen quickly identified my condition and put me on a medication protocol that has been very successful in preventing TN flare-ups. Both he and his staff are very responsive when I have questions. I am very pleased with my treatment.
Dr. El-Feky is one of a kind! He’s very knowledgeable, genuine, and thorough. He always takes his time to answer my questions and never makes me feel rushed during visits. He is also very responsive to messages in a timely manner. He is empathetic and goes the extra mile to advocate for me as his patient. So blessed to have him as my doctor!
Dr. Nguyen is a very caring doctor. He has been my husbands Neurologist for about two years. He has been very fair and honest in our journey with dementia. Always understanding and thorough in his diagnosis. We would certainly recommend him to anyone. His office staff has been very polite and understanding when we have called and asked to see the doctor at a time when we did not have an appointment. The office is very easy to access and parking and valet service if needed. Connected to the Methodist Hospital.
The doctor seemed fine, but the office needs work in terms of communication. I had a brain MRI there which (after quite a delay in starting) went smoothly. But, despite numerous calls and voice mail messages, I cannot reach anyone about the results. It is unnerving. The portal is not an option for me.
Dr. Herzog used to be great. Now only his P.A. is available and the last time I was there, he was only interested in selling gadgets for migraines, not me or my issue. I tried to make an appointment with Dr. Herzog and was told he could only pop in but the P.A. would be the one who would treat me. Some P.A.s are good but, in general, why pay for a doctor if you're getting less?
He caeed for my husband who had a form of Alzheimers. First meeting I told him he talked too fast. We were good afer that. Caring physian; of patient & caregiver.
