He’s a wonderful man. He put me at ease and explained what I have, and what we’re going to do about it. My family was very impressed.
Dr. Tunell is very thorough and I never feel rushed. He has put my mind at ease about my seizures. I have not had any seizures since I have been under Dr. Tunell’s care.
Met Dr. Tunell yesterday. We drove from Lufkin. I had been having severe headaches etc. They booked my appointment quickly. I met with him, he was very thorough and has a sense of humor. He listened to my concerns and I felt he checked my concerns thoroughly. He got me in for an MRI that day , and by the time we walked in the door back in Lufkin ( same day )Dr. Tunell called and gave results. I recommend him for putting my mind at ease, being thorough, efficient, and being extremely personable.
Dr. Tunell is arrogant. He also failed to offer solutions or hope in a stressful situation. Ultimately, he added to the despair and worry we felt for our ailing, elderly parent. We were referred to Dr. Tunell to find out if our parent had Parkinsons. He ruled out Parkinsons but did not provide alternative explanations for what could be causing the problems. We asked. He did not care. The appointment ended in tears and no clue as to where to turn next.
Dr. Tunell is very knowledgeable and personable. He spends an appropriate amount of time with you, and can answer and explain any questions. Very good at prompt communication . Appointments are always on time if not early
