I bought their groupon and took my vehicle here for an oil change and tire rotation. Later that day, I noticed that they did not change my oil filter! I did not live in the area and had to return home that night. I called the next day and told them about this. The manager claimed that they did change it. I asked them what brand they use so I could compare. The brand he told me did not match the brand that was still in my car (although I already knew this). They may be quick but they don't explain things! Save your money and go somewhere where you will be explained everything and why you are spending so much!
Went here for just an oil change and an inspection and they insisted my car needed new breaks and an alternator and a new locking system when it runs just fine. Ended up charging me 2800 to get an inspection done to it.
Tune Up Plus E. Little Creek location provides awesome service! I came here to get my oil change and tires rotated and I am extremely satisfied with this service. Eric did an excellent job informing me on some small maintenance that I need for my car. I feel that they are very honest and I will definitely be returning!
This is my first car, so this was my first car inspection. I looked up a good place to get the services I was looking for and I came to tune up plus. I'm very happy about my choice because Shawn helped me out a lot. The staff is very friendly! & are willing to work with you. This will now be my permanent place for my car !!
this place is horrible. waited hours and was skipped over many times. have a new vehicle that only needed a state inspection but was skipped over for customers with longer fixes. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
