Paid $50 for an oil change on a 4 cylinder car. When they were done they lowered the car while forgetting that they had an oil pan sitting underneath it on the floor. When they tried to drive it the oil pan was catching, so instead of lifting the vehicle off properly they stick one leg of the lift under one corner lift it improperly and drag the pan out. They bent my door frame in the process. I complained about it at the spot, to which I was told that this is a "strong spot" and that is where the vehicle should be lifted fr... read more

THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! DO NOT GO TO ANY "TUNE UP PLUS." First off, I had an appointment for both of my cars. One car took 2 hours (they thought it was more important to talk about drones then fix my car...my whole family was waiting) and the other took 2.5 hours (they didn't even call me), just for an oil change and tire rotation. Then, I was driving my first car back home and the entire car was shaking all the way home...thought I was going to crash with my family inside. I know how to spend "out of pocket" money... read more
