Tune-Up has become my go-to neighborhood bike shop over the past year. Noah is meticulous & does an outstanding job walking you through the process, and teaching you little tricks to use at home. Friendly and efficient with a "no job is too small" attitude - much different than other bike shops in the area. Almost forgot - you can't beat the price!
I called to see if they could repair my scooter because they repair electric bikes and scooters.But unless it's their brand they don't fix it.So why would you call yourself a repair shop if you're not a repair shop. And customer service sucks, they have attitude acting like they're doing you a favor when you're gonna pay for the service.
These guys did a supreme job of servicing my vintage 1980s Fuji road bike back into top top shape. Noah clearly put a lot of care into the bike and learned about it too—passing on valuable information to me about its technical aspects and worth. And it was all done for a very reasonable price! Quality guys. This is way more than I can say for many other Philly bike shops!
This place rules. I didn't take the greatest care of my bike over the years and they had it like new again in just a few days. Solid service. Would recommend.
