Be wary of the salesperson who comes to your home. I just wanted an estimate. By the time, the salesman left, he had convinced my husband and I that a contract and financing was necessary. I used the 3 legal days to think about it and requested contract cancellation by email. I stated again that all I needed at this time was an estimate. The salesman lost his mind, was very rude, still pressuring us, and refused to cancel. I had to forward the email to his boss and request cancellation. Very bad salesmanship, was at a show in wausau looking around getting quotes. Everyone were pitching their product which is a good thing but to blatenly disrespect another company with like products doesn't help you standout more than other companies. I'm sure each company has had a mistake here and there, but let the customers decide if you want business.
