Brian Hanson came to do our estimate of our tub/shower combo. He was very informative, let us ask as many questions as we needed. He was very helpful and knowledgeable on the products and process. He was patient with us during design and quoting, letting us switch things out to get the design we wanted at a very affordable price. We felt the entire process and pricing was very transparent and never felt pressured. We look forward to working with the Tundraland team on this project.
Jeremy is my sales rep. He was very thorough and very kind. He reviewed the product in all aspects and was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering all my questions so that I could make the best decision to select the best options in creating the best choice to go from a bathtub to a shower set up. He's an exceptional rep!!!!!!!!

Be wary of the salesperson who comes to your home. I just wanted an estimate. By the time, the salesman left, he had convinced my husband and I that a contract and financing was necessary. I used the 3 legal days to think about it and requested contract cancellation by email. I stated again that all I needed at this time was an estimate. The salesman lost his mind, was very rude, still pressuring us, and refused to cancel. I had to forward the email to his boss and request cancellation.
