Tunbridge is the safest place I've ever lived. The 2 door entry system gave me absolute peace of mind. The management is excellent as well as the maintenance and cleaning staff. It's always quiet and plenty of parking. I had a bottom floor unit and never even needed to use the AC. My power bill never exceeded $100.00. Everyone was friendly and the pool was so enjoyable. I've enjoyed living here for two years, so far. It's beautiful and peaceful and well-kept. You sign a no-smoking addendum on your lease-neither you nor guests can smoke inside nor on the property-part of why I moved here. They do enforce this-which is so great!! There are a lot of bugs (esp ground floor), as you're in a wooded area, but they regularly spray.
