Tunbridge is the safest place I've ever lived. The 2 door entry system gave me absolute peace of mind. The management is excellent as well as the maintenance and cleaning staff. It's always quiet and plenty of parking. I had a bottom floor unit and never even needed to use the AC. My power bill never exceeded $100.00. Everyone was friendly and the pool was so enjoyable. I've enjoyed living here for two years, so far. It's beautiful and peaceful and well-kept. You sign a no-smoking addendum on your lease-neither you nor guests can smoke inside nor on the property-part of why I moved here. They do enforce this-which is so great!! There are a lot of bugs (esp ground floor), as you're in a wooded area, but they regularly spray. I've been living here for over 25 years! I find it a great place to live. Full size washer and dryer along with dishwasher and microwave. Extremely ample closet space including a huge pantry closet in the kitchen. Nice view of trees! All buildings are safely locked. The management staff is friendly and helpful and the maintenance people are great! All of the apartments have been renovated - I looked around during that process but could not find anything that comes close.p
