The doctor and her staff were extremely patient and kind to my cat after he had been traumatized by the last veterinary clinic. At his first wellness visit at Tumwater Veterinary Hospital, it was determined my cat had an ear infection, which had been missed entirely by the last veterinarian. Dr. Rao was amazing! She did a very extensive check on my cat, gave GREAT suggestions, and was super gentle with her. She answered all the questions I had and respected all of my choices. She was super personable and left me with a great impression of the clinic. The Vet Tech (I am so sorry I cannot remember her name!) I had was also so friendly and kind. Truly thankful to TVH. I've just moved to Washington but was aware my Rhodesian Ridgeback was having health issues since leaving Virginia. Not your typical review but I still thought I would share. In 2018 I had just moved to Washington State due my husband being in the army. Shortly after I arrived my precious cat Tipsy became ill suddenly. I called everywhere I could think of frantically that morning. I had woken up to her crawling across the floor and gasping for air. This place is amazing. They get u into an appointment sooner than other vets do for one and I've always loved all their staff. My grandma and I have taken our pets there at least 15 yrs!
