They don’t answer their phone and it’s voice mail is full. The business hours posted mean nothing. I went to them for a simple side mirror replacement, 2 Weeks passed before they finally replaced just the mirror since their guy was still painting the cap for it. They said they would call when they are finished but 2 months passed by before I finally called them because like wtf?? So then they tell me I can pick up the cap before they close at 5! Just got my car back from being "repaired" with a new bumper. What a joke. They kept our car 5 days longer. Never called. The paint does not match. It was sprayed with some type of plastic that is peeling off.
Clint is amazing! Search NOWHERE else, you simply have found the best!!
Clint and the guys at Tumwater Collision are true professionals. They take pride in their work and restored my truck to perfect condition after my accident. Appreciate all their hard work, and I will take all my vehicles there for any further issues.
