I have been a client of theirs for the past 30+ years. Always professional, always courteous. They have always done a great job for myself and my family. Never been "steered" wrong. :)
They misdiagnosed the problem and I had to figure out what needed to be fixed. Then they charged me when they said they wouldn't.
I tipped before hand because I watched what a horrible job they did on the car before me. Didn't do any good! I now have to go home and wash my car! Should have just done that in the first place. Not to mention they have drilled holes in the vacuums heads so there is less suction so you have to use more quarters. Ppl like this make me SO ANGRY! I know you have to make money as a business, but to rip your customers off is just wrong! SHAME ON YOU! I work hard for my money and I CHOSE your business to give it to. BIG MISTAKE!
Tumwater Automotive is a great place to take your car. I have taken my car and van there and they have diagnosed and fixed both vehicles within the same day. Their prices are competitive, if not lower than most repair shops. They also have great customer service.
