Just hire them, you won't regret it. I found myself in a very difficult situation with a property I had purchased. I won't go into all the details because, honestly, I could write a whole book about it. But out of all the contractors I had to work with to get this issue resolved, Tummons was BY FAR the most helpful. They went above and beyond and I genuinely don't think I would have gotten through the whole ordeal were it not for their help.
Technician was very informative. They knew what they were doing and had our mini-split unit cooling again in no time. Thank you Tummons!
Starting off, I spoke with Allison the most and she rocks. Communication was top tier with using email and phone calls. We hadn't even moved into our house yet and she was giving us estimates based off photos. Dan was also great and he gave my fiancé great pointers on what to do with some other things in our house.
