I really wouldn't suggest going here, if you're a woman especially. I took my car twice to them, told them the problem that I had, showed them a video with the sound it was making. The first time they said they couldn't find anything wrong. The second time they said it was the axles and replaced them. After I picked up my car its still having the same problems. Had a great first experience with the service department after my local dealership stopped servicing Mazda. Had an issue that ended up needing an insurance claim, parts, and labor. Staff was friendly, communicative, and efficient throughout.
These guys are amazing, pricey but so it is everywhere, albeit fair, your girl did compare, they ALWAYS take good care of me and Bluebird (my 5 door Mazda 3). Thank you.
When you walk in, they remember who you are. Its more like visiting family. And very professional.
