My 2023 Mazada engine light came on a Sunday while visiting my brother out of town. On Monday I called the nearest Mazda dealer and explained my problem only to be told Thursday would be the first open appointment. We were traveling and after being towed there for an unknown engine problem, they were easy to work with and got right on our Mazda. Quickly diagnosed the problem. Sent a video of the service work/repair and had us on the road in a very reasonable time.
