We were traveling and after being towed there for an unknown engine problem, they were easy to work with and got right on our Mazda. Quickly diagnosed the problem. Sent a video of the service work/repair and had us on the road in a very reasonable time.
Dealt with Joe Shaver when we were looking at a 2024 CX-50. No hasseling, no haggeling and was able to show us the car we saw online and provided us with the breakdown on cost/financing without having to ask any questions because he answered all the questions we had up front. Very knowledgable, professional and an all around nice guy and was a pleasure doing business with him. Keep up the great work Joe! Had an appointment with my Maita mx5 on July 30th, the service was beyond amazing, technicians did a great job, kept me updated, Steve was very friendly and took me through the whole process of what was done. although, Dave was extremely rude, very short tempered and treated me as if I was just born yesterday. phone calls with him should all be recorded and reviewed because his attitude was unacceptable.
