Had a great first experience with the service department after my local dealership stopped servicing Mazda. Had an issue that ended up needing an insurance claim, parts, and labor. Staff was friendly, communicative, and efficient throughout.
These guys are amazing, pricey but so it is everywhere, albeit fair, your girl did compare, they ALWAYS take good care of me and Bluebird (my 5 door Mazda 3). Thank you.
