Mike came in with his team—Matt, Billy, Vincent, and a few others—and turned what felt impossible into a reality for me. For years, I had a large sewage pipe running through my basement. Awful experience. They upsold us on a heating system that has literally never worked since installed in 2022. Every time the heat is off for a few weeks, it never works when you turn it back on and I have to call a plumber (definitely not Tuminello). There were also other issues that arose because of how they installed in. I did have them come one time to fix it, and they charged me $800 and the problem wasn’t fixed. They replaced a Water heater for me. Did a great job and communicated when they would arrive as they were running late. Install was clean and neat.

What a scam! I would not recommend Tumminello. A man came today to my house to replace a ball rod for my pop up drain in my bathroom sink. The part at Home Depot costs $8.99. He claimed he had to replace the entire sink assembly cause they can’t just replace the ball rod. He wanted $500 then came down to $425. We kept asking why he had to replace everything and he said that’s the way they do things. Were they trying to take advantage of an elderly couple? We refused the repair.
