The worse . I can not get directly office. All is trough call center. You need to explain about 10 min wait. And other 10 or 15 min they conctact the office directly. And after that they said. Office will call you back in 24 hrs. Which usually is 48 hrs. And i did request urgent because some problems with doctors note. And all the time is long process with no good results
