How can you decline something without knowing what youre declining... thus the video. To document your decline for our records should legal ramifications arise, you are asked to sign a document stating that you decline. Time consuming, yes. Pushy dental hygienists. Very aggressive about taking lots of xrays. They also tried to get me to have an oral cancer screening for about $50. I'm 25 and don't smoke, definitely not at risk. They make you watch a video in order to try and get you to have the oral cancer screening. Waste of time and they make you sign something saying you "refused" the screening which has warnings in big bold black letters about oral cancer.
