Constant Homeless activity, and drug use. Animal Abuse, domestic violence, and Prostitution are all things I've witnessed on property. The alleyway on the westside has homeless people living in the toolshed it seems. Clearly property management doesn't care. Been going on for quite awhile.
3 ⭐ only because I don't live here I looked at a unit only cuz I saw maintenance on site and they were fixing up one of the units so I stopped to peek my head in and they look very nice super huge for a one bedroom. I would so move there.

That apartment complex should be condemned. The water gets shut off quite a bit. If a roof is leaking, they procrastinate as Long as possible. Long enough for the ceiling to cave in and tenants belongings to be ruined. The pool has been completely Empty for g@d knows how long. Most of the tenants have cameras, and the complex is so small and close, they can watch YOUR front door as well as theirs. There's a lot of mice and mold.
