Happy to share a pleasant trip was had. We came from stillwater because of the reviews, and enjoy the atmosphere here. We encounter familiar faces and catch up. Today Ajay helped us with all of our pillows--we use the app, but chose the wrong units. After showing us a better way to see all the units, she then obliged with our request to change units. Thank you for that as it helped tremendously.
I am writing to share my extremely disappointing experience at TumbleFresh Laundry in Hudson, WI, on March 2, 2024. On that day, all the washing machines were out of service. The machines were locked, stuck on the one-minute mark, filled with water, and continuously washing without spinning.
