The "start" knob is extremely sensitive. I selected "hot" water for the $20 washing machine and the knob switched to "warm" water instead. I had to re-wash all of my laundry for another $20.
No. A friend locked her clothes in the washer (or it locked automatically) because it had a malfunction. She couldn't get the washing machine to open after it's cycle. There is nobody on site to help with malfunctions. She had to sit on hold on the and then talk to someone who said "I have no idea when someone can come out, I just answer phones." Come on people, do better.
NOBODY WORKS ON SITE. I'm sitting here right now with wet laundry (and a lot of it). I put my debit card in for the dryer, it asked me to "top off" with a quarter. ??? Not sure why the extra 25 cents doesn't come off the card. So I put a quarter in and it eats my quarter and I still can't get it to work. This happened with 2 dryers. No employees in sight and it's early morning, so I'm the only one here. When I first got here a washing machine ate $16. My card processed and then it said out of order.
