Wow. The staff and doctors are amazing Here, even under pressure they are capable of getting the practice in order and making sure all of the patients are looked after to the greatest extent.
I had a similar experience to Mr Garrison. Dr Francis would not listen, was arrogant, argumentative and overbearing. The 4-5hr trip to a Wagga Dr and back is now a preferable option.
The practice is well run, and deserves more stars. But the doctor I saw was very disappointing. Dr Francis is good if you need a doctor to say what treatment is needed without listening to the patient first. But if you prefer to have a proper diagnosis before being told the treatment needed, then you may be disappointed.
Always at least 20 to 30 minutes late every appointment, doesn't make sense that every doctor I've been to there is so late.
Dr Hanna cares a lot about this little town and its people. He has very good knowledge, and is always willing to research new things. He helped me a lot over the years, and was responsible for saving many lives during the time I lived there
