Dr. Ho is awesome! She really takes the time to go through your concerns in detail in each visit, and even asks follow-up questions in between sessions, which is exactly the kind of support and care I'm looking for from a PCP. As someone with a chronic condition, I really value being able to make last-minute appointments and message her directly when weird symptoms come up, rather than having to speak with a front desk and set up an appointment for one simple question. If you want a great doctor who will respond to your questions and problems in a timely manner, give great medical advice, show genuine interest in you and your medical decisions then see Dr. Sing-Wei Ho. She is smart, timely and helpful in ways above and beyond what you would get from a busy mega dr. office situation. So comforting to know that she is there and will help you when you need it! So worth the monthly fee!
Dr. Ho is the best primary care physician I've ever had. I appreciate that Dr. Ho takes a wholistic approach to medicine. She also takes the time and care to really understand and address my medical needs without rushing me. After patiently listening, she always discusses my options and explains her suggested treatment plan(s) with me. There is a seamless combination of clinical expertise and interest in the patient's needs. There are no 15 minute rushed appointments with valuable time taken up by piles of paperwork. Rather, Dr. Ho is accessible. She coordinates patient's medical needs with timely referrals, providing a well-rounded and targeted approach.
