I'm sure the work is good, but making an appointment is beyond ridiculous. Tells to come back at a certain time, then lies and says she said something different. Why do you make it so difficult for me tog iv you money?
The service seemed extremely rushed. This is the first braided i went to that didn’t wash and condition your hair before braiding it. The braids would have came out better if they did.
Tumabeth is very rude. She talks bad about customers in front of other customers. I was booked for an appointment, I came in during my appointment day and time and was told the person that was supposed to do my hair gave birth that morning. Tumabeth didn't text me or call me or anything to let me know before leaving my house in pouring down rain. This was my first time coming to this salon. When I walked in I was not greeted I was just told to sit down. Then the lady came to do my hair. I show her the hair and ask for the size to be small/ medium. She finished my hair and I look in the mirror and the parts are big. I told her that the parts are big and not small/ medium. Also she didn’t finished the ends of the hair and they were stringy and straight compared to what it was supposed to look like. I found this shop on Instagram and booked an appointment online. A really nice lady named Modupe braided my hair and it turned out beautifully. She worked quickly and was very gentle. I would definitely recommend this shop.
