The ongoing construction makes getting in and out of the hotel more difficult. But our room was nice and the service excellent

We did not stay over. We attended a fun fashion show event. It was easy to get to and there was plenty of parking. The staff were very helpful. The lobby and conference room were clean.

Comfortable and cozy hotel. Close to downtown so you can go for dinner on foot. The room was nice although we would have preferred a little more privacy for the shower. There is no door separating the shower from the rest of the room, just a simple curtain. Even if the guests are a couple, like we were, some privacy is still appreciated.

Hilton should be embarrassed to have their name on this building with rooms in it! Worst hotel experience ever! We arrived at 10pm. One employee working the whole hotel. No housekeeping or maintenance people. Asked for hypoallergenic room, got dog hair all over bedding and furniture. She offered a new room however that didn't solve the issue of needing it to be hypoallergenic. Third shift person comes in, she's like a deer in headlights brings us sheets and expects us to change them because her manager does not want her away... read more
