What a phenomenal stay! From the moment we walked through the doors, we were welcomed by warm, attentive staff who made us feel right at home. The lobby is sleek and inviting, with unique décor and floor-to-ceiling windows that bathe the space in natural ligh
I’m surprised that this hotel has not been a smash hit. Excellent location, great staff great rooms. The bar is the best in town imo. One knock might be it is not a high end steak restaurant- but the menu is solid.
Crappy hotel management who don't know how to treat staff
The hotel itself is nice! My issue is completely with the service we received. I am a diamond member and was trying to use my $15 credit at the hotel bar for the one night I was staying. I was rejected despite having a valid ID because the bartender was “not familiar enough with California IDs” to serve me. I was completely taken aback. He also seemed to take joy in the fact that he was not serving me, as he said I will not accept this ID loud enough for the whole bar to hear and look over at me.
