Tomo is a hidden gem. She's extremely knowledgeable and skilled at what she does. My first facial with her was one of the best I've experienced. The only other one that compares is one I had in Seoul, South Korea. The care she took to adapt and tailor her approach to my specific needs was noticeable. She skillfully addressed these in our first session, and I left with visibly improved skin, which also feels smoother.

Just got my first ever facial, and I’m so thankful this was the place I went! Tomo is so knowledgeable, she truly is an expert in skin! She took the time to explain everything to me and let me know what she was doing before she did it, which I really appreciated. I left feeling so refreshed and relaxed. Wow, absolutely incredible. I got the “first facial with Tomo”, and can’t wait to come back. The experience was so relaxing and helpful to bring my dull skin back to life. Tomo is very knowledgeable and customized the facial to my skin needs. She answered all my questions and gave me advice on my at-home skin routine. I can’t wait to come back and will be recommending Tomo to everyone!

I had an amazing experience at Tulum Spa! The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing. My facialist was very kind and provided excellent recommendations on how to take better care of my skin. She used high-quality products that really catered to my skin’s needs, leaving me feeling completely refreshed. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and pamper themselves!

I got the Hydro facial and it was incredible!!! Tomo did so many amazing things to my face and I left feeling like I had brand new skin. Tomo is so nice and knowledgeable, and I appreciated how she walked me through her process. Highly recommend.
