This was my second visit, and once again, it was an amazing experience. I had been struggling with acne around my chin, and Tomo noticed that it was likely related to stress. The extraction was a little painful, but the results were worth it — the raised blackheads became flat and my skin looked much clearer. I’ve only had one facial with Tomo so far, but it was really one of the best experiences I’ve had! Acne has unfortunately made a comeback in my mid-thirties & I’m hopeful she can help me get my skin back under control. What stood out most was how she balanced results with relaxation. Incredible experience! This was so relaxing and my skin looks and feels amazing. Tomo is super knowledgeable and professional. She explains every step throughout the process and checks to make sure everything feels good. Will definitely come back again!
I had such a great experience with Tomo - tried the signature facial as a first time client and left with glowing skin! She customized everything to my needs, and I loved the mix of peels and masks. I also appreciated that there was no pressure to buy products - she shared her recommendations and left it at that, though I’m sure she had those products if I wanted to purchase. Overall, super relaxing experience and I’ll definitely be back!
My 14yo teen daughter wanted to get a facial before starting high school and I found this spa through an online search. Tomo was incredible. She was incredibly patience and kind to my daughter, who loved her results and looked glowing afterward. I can't wait to try a facial there myself soon. Thank you so much Tomo!!
