I desperately wish I would have seen the other bad reviews here before doing business with him. I would never recommend this company. It takes a lot for me to put a bad review on anyone as I understand that it can effect someone's livelihood, however I am ensuring anyone I come in contact with knows of my terrible experience and stays far far away.
Everything was fine at first. We signed a 2 year contract but now we are towards the end of it and it seems like we can't get them to ever answer the phone and no voicemail option now either. We rent a house in Sapulpa and drive to the office in Jenks to pay rent each month because no online option available and recently Noone seems to be in office to accept the payment. They want us to leave payment in mailbox which makes me nervous. I asked for someone to fix our mailbox and they told me someone would and it never happened... read more
Horrible landlords. They don't answer calls or emails and they demanded full rent for the two months we had to have a gas line replaced and couldn't shower or cook in our own house. Communications from that point on we're sparse and when we actually could get them to call us back, Alyssa in particular, was very condescending and rude. I wouldn't recommend renting from them ever.
Love this company...very professional and prompt to respond to my needs. I have 2 properties with them and do recommend them to other property owners.
We have had such a positive experience with Tulsa Property Managers over the past 1.5 years! We moved into a lovely home and have had no problems that they haven't handled. They are efficient and timely in any repairs that need to be done and always available to talk if we have questions or concerns. :)
