Good place to shop for furniture! I have dealt with them more than a few times. One time I opened the box and item was damaged. Made a call and exchanged with no issue on the same day. And since it was “their” mistake. They offered to pay for the extra return and delivery fee also. Not many or any store would do that.
When I visited the store one year ago, I received great customer service. Recently, we moved and had challenges putting our bedroom furniture back together, specifically the headboard to our bed. I went to the store in hopes that they would be willing to help me and Beau overextended himself. He offered to come to my home the next day to attempt to fix and if unable, find another solution. I have several reasons for my 5 star rating. Greeted warmly by Ms Sara after giving her my budget for a mattress along with nerve & back issues she choose the perfect mattress. Beau the co owner educated me on a better option for a box spring & rails by purchasing a platform rails for $30 more than the cost of a box spring. Beau also took time out to text me detailed info on cost & financial on other items interested in.
