The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ha e been a customer for about 40 years, since they used to be Tulsa Federal Employees Credit Union and never had a problem till now. They tell me I can't transfer my money, from my account, to my money market account at another bank. I have done this transfer multiple times before without issue, now I have a monthly limit and can only transfer what they will allow me to. We have a loan with TFCU for a 30,000+ 39 ft. Gulfstream RV that is setting on Grand Lake. We have never missed a payment in 4 years and significantly paid the loan down. We filed a claim for hail roof damage to our ins company ******************** for which we have been a customer for 35 years. The leak caused a fire in the light fixture in our pantry. That was how we found the leak. There is a leak now everytime it rains. We called ************************ in Grove, they came out, did an estimate and took pictures. The adj... read more

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. After 3 years of paying my loan on time and actually a few cents more than I was supposed to, I failed to add the cents to my payment last month. In a month, I have continued to receive letters and phone calls for 58cents even after the first call brought the oversight to my attention and I agreed to correct the 58 cent disparity on the upcoming month payment. They have now spent more money on postage and employee time than the 58 cents I shorted them and they never... read more

My grandmother opened an account in 1969 that had a condition if she kept a $2,000 balance they would double it when she died. For the last 26 years she would go by to make sure it was still good and the staff confirmed it EVERY year. Last fall she went in and they confirmed it. She died March 15, 2019 at the age of 96. When my mother went in to collect the balance PLUS the $2000, the TFCU told them the bonus money was cancelled when she was 70 (26 years ago!!!). Tulsa Federal Credit Union gives very poor customer service. Most banks will call you if anything is wrong with your account, they just let the fees accumulate as much as possible and pretend like they do not know how to use a phone. Every other bank I have dealt with give you a courtesy call to make sure you are aware of problems with your account, TFCU NEVER will. If you like experiencing lots of fees just open an account with TFCU.
DO NOT BANK HERE!!!!!!!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We have been with Tulsa Federal for over 10 years and they have changed management or something because over the 6 months things have changed for the negative. They pull out money for loans that you did not give them the ok to do. Then they freeze your account for no reason and not even bother to tell you that they did.
