I needed to get a physical evaluation for my son for the following day. When I arrived, the young lady at the front desk did not know how to process my request, so I had to wait for the gentleman next to her to finish his phone call. He was on the phone for about 20 minutes. When he finally attended to me, he told me that it was already too late for them to help me and gave me another address where I was supposedly able to get the evaluation done. great service and friendly! took care of my 5 year old daughter's broken arm after another doctors office was terrible to her. booking was easy but most importantly it was a great experience for her and they were eager to answer any questions that we had!! Well done guys!

When I first became a patient with Dr Crane, I was pleased with his staff, his medical assistant and the nice young man, Manny, who checked me in. However, things went downhill after my third visit. I followed all instructions that were given to me. Nothing serious, just a fractured knee cap. I had one Physical Therapy appointment with a very nice therapist. First visit was a no visit! After sitting tgere an hour the counter person informed me that they couldnt see me because my VA referral had expired! Seems they did not contact the VA to extend my treatments! After driving 90 milrs I wasn’t very happy. Will take my shoulder injections elsewhere. Funny they sent me my appointment time and date on My Chart and wanted me in their portal. This never happened with Dr Lovelace. He retired and I guess everyone else did too

Dr. Crane is great. But trying to get Dr to call me to determine if I need surgery so I don't have to drive 2.5 hours up here to find out I don't need it is a waste of time and gas for me. Called on a Tuesday said they got results but Dr was gone for the day. Was told if there was a cancellation today I would be seen, well no call and come to find out they close at 1 on Fridays. Not happy that I'm have to wait over a week to find out when results were at his office on Tuesday.
